A returning client from approximately 20 years ago sought to upsize their family home in Fulham with a budget of £4.5 to £8.5 million. Despite living in the area, the client needed education on the current market and recognized that they could not access the entire market on their own. Finding a property that met their specific requirements for more volume and width for entertainment proved challenging.

Result

After a meticulous search that began in 2019, we successfully secured the perfect property for the client in January 2024. Initially, the property was overpriced at £6,300,000 and offered off-market at £5.95 million. We strategically waited until it came onto the market at £5.75 million and held our offer at £5.3 million until the vendor accepted, saving the client £500,000.
