The client, who we had previously worked with in 2012, sought to upsize their family home in Fulham with a budget of £4.5 to £8.5 million. They required a property with more volume and width for entertainment purposes. Their specific requirements limited the available options, making the search particularly challenging.

Result

After a thorough and extended search that began in 2019, we successfully secured the ideal property for the client in January 2024. The property was initially overpriced at £6,300,000, but we managed to negotiate an off-market price starting at £5.95 million. Eventually, we held our offer at £5.3 million until the vendor accepted, saving the client £500,000.
