George Wade began his career with Property Vision in 2007, having previously worked as an auctioneer and held other property-related roles that gave him a broad foundation in the industry. Since becoming a Partner in 2013, he has led the firm’s Southwest team, covering South Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, and Cornwall.

Well established in the region, George combines an insider’s knowledge of the area’s most distinguished country houses with extensive expertise in farms and estates. Together with his family, he runs their own farm, giving him a hands-on perspective that resonates with rural clients.

He holds a degree in Rural Land Management, having studied at the Royal Agricultural College, and George combines practical farming experience with commercial insight. Based near Shaftesbury, he is also Chairman of the Portman, reflecting his strong ties and long-standing commitment to the countryside and local community.
