Philip Harvey is Senior Partner at Property Vision, having been with the firm since 2001.

Philip, who became Senior Partner in 2018, is committed to taking buyer representation to other high value property markets around the world and launched Property Vision International (PVI) in 2023 which now covers 13 regions. However, Philip’s day to day role remains advising clients throughout the southeast of England and working with clients who want to find a truly special property but are not location sensitive.

Rated a Top-Flight expert by Spears, Philip is a contributor to the Financial Times, a guest columnist in the Evening Standard, and is widely recognised for his insights into property trends, sustainability, and market analysis. He is an Ambassador for Nyetimber, the renowned English sparkling wine producer, an Affiliate of the Royal British Institute of Architects (RIBA), and an adviser on wilding/regenerative farming projects, reflecting his passion for architecture, design, and environmentally responsible land use.

Philip is often heard saying that he has the best job in property, working with and for amazing people, travelling widely, and helping clients achieve their property dreams. Flying below the radar and being the keeper of confidences are his guiding principles.

Based in the South Downs, when not at work Philip relaxes through music, yoga, and cooking, and enjoys spending time on Goodwood’s legendary motor racing circuit and golf course.
