Tim Hubbard

Tim is a Partner at Property Vision, leading the firm’s work across the Home Counties with a focus on the areas around Henley, Ascot, Guildford, Haslemere and Farnham. With expertise in country houses and properties within the Private Estates in and around North Surrey, he has built a reputation for combining deep market knowledge with discretion and a genuine ability to match clients with homes that truly meet their needs.

Since joining Property Vision in 2006 his influence extends internationally as well, playing a key role in developing Property Vision’s global network of associates. This ensures clients benefit from the same trusted advisory service abroad as they do in the UK, whether they are relocating, investing, or expanding property portfolios.

A lifelong Surrey resident, Tim lives there today with his wife and two children. He holds a Business Studies degree from Edinburgh and began his career in the City and automotive sector before his passion for property drew him to Property Vision. His commercial background underpins a measured, client-focused approach, adding depth to his advice and strategy. Beyond work, Tim is an active sportsman. He enjoys golf, tennis, and running, alongside a long-standing love of the mountains and the sea.
