Eddie Ruggles-Brise joins the buying agency having previously worked at JMChase Property Search, Knight Frank and Cluttons.

Buying agency Property Vision has added a new face to its country team, recruiting Eddie Ruggles-Brise to advise clients in the Home Counties.

Ruggles-Brise has moved from JMChase Property Search, where he spent the last three years as a buying agent based in the Chilterns. He started his career in Prime Central London with Cluttons then Knight Frank, spending nearly nine years at KF and rising to Associate Partner level in the Home Counties.

At PV, he’s focusing on sourcing homes in locations to the north and east of London including Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Essex. He lives on a farm in the Chilterns with his wife and two sons.

Tim Hubbard, the Home Counties Partner at Property Vision: “We’re delighted to welcome Eddie to our growing team. He is incredibly well placed to advise our clients in this area, as he lives there with his family and has spent much of his life in this part of the Home Counties. He will strengthen our offering and knowledge here and connect well with existing team members on all sides. Eddie has a great reputation and has years of experience advising clients on properties in the Home Counties. I am sure Eddie will make a fantastic addition to our Country team and will be starting with us this month.”

Eddie Ruggles-Brise: “I am excited to be joining Property Vision which I know has been leading the way for buy-side advocacy across London and the country market for many years. I pride myself on my personal and flexible approach, offering buyers an exceptional buying experience with commitment and determination to find them their perfect property which I know are the key values of Property Vision too. Having grown up on the borders of Essex and Suffolk and now living in the Chilterns, I am excited to develop and further build Property Visions client base in these areas.”
